This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the FIR in Crime No.249 of 2025, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Chinnamanur Police Station, Theni District.

2.The reasons assigned by the petitioner for dispensing with the production of certified copy of FIR are not acceptable.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, with liberty to this petitioner to move the Criminal Original Petition along with the certified copy, once he obtains the same.
