ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the fourth respondent are partners is business. The petitioner had received a sum of Rs.70,000/- from the fourth respondent and also repaid the same. While so, the fourth respondent has made a false complaint against the petitioner as if the petitioner had insulted him when he asked repayment of the said amount. Based on the said complaint the third respondent is continuously harassing the petitioner asking him to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the fourth respondent. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the case has been closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15543 of 2020 on 10.11.2020 as the dispute between the parties is 'civil in nature' advising the parties to approach the civil forum.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint was closed on 10.11.2020, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
