ORDER

It is seen that the second respondent has sought patta for the petition mentioned property. The petitioner is opposing the same on the ground that he is in occupation of the same. The first respondent will take into account the petitioner's objections while considering the application submitted by the second respondent. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

2.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
