This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection for the conduction of survey work done by the third respondent in Survey No.578/1, Koovanuthu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The prayer of the petitioner cannot be granted, as the relief is only before the civil Court. In view of the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court. No costs.
