This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second and fourth respondents to give adequate police protection to measure and demarcate petitioner's lands in Survey No.343/8 of Gopalpatti, Vembarpatti Village, Dindigul District with the assistance of the third and fifth respondents within a stipulated time on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is seen that the prayer of the petitioner cannot be granted as prayed for, since the relief is only before the civil Court. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court. No costs.
