[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought orders or directions in the nature of a writ, directing the 2nd respondent, being the District Collector to set up a Veterinary Hospital in Survey No.126 of Nagarapatty Village, Ponnamaravathy Taluk, Pudukkottai District by using the sanctioned Government funds having regard to his representation dated 05.02.2016.
3. It however appears that a Veterinary Hospital is being constructed, but in Survey No.130/47. It is not for this Court to decide the plot on which a Veterinary hospital should be constructed. The petition also does not disclose any Public Interest. There can be no Public Interest in the construction of a Veterinary hospital in the specific plot as per the representation of the petitioner.
