Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.GOPALAN.T.K, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12165 of 2020, dated 04.11.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed in P.R.C.No.11 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.7717 of 2020 effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham twice in a week i.e., every Tuesday and Thursday at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
