Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Considering the fact that it is pre-mature, this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
