This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to instruct the second 1 / 4

respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute among the petitioner's family and the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2022.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has received the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2022 and it is under enquiry. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2022 and take suitable action on merits within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
