Muthu Umavathi : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 6 especially the 3rd and 4th respondents to refix the seniority list for the post of Post Graduate Assistant in Mathematics Subject, by placing the petitioner in the 1st position and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 6 especially the 4th respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Maths) in the 6th respondent school in the academic year 2016-2017.
