O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 04.04.2016 mainly on the ground that even though he has made an application for extension to run the shops, without notice, the impugned order has been passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submitted that the respondent is not extended the period of license not only for the petitioner, but also to all the shops, which are running on that area, in view of the fact that a new shopping complex exclusively for fishing market have been constructed and all the fish vendors are being re-located in that area. In view of the same, orders have been passed. In view of the fact that the period of license expires on 31.07.2016, his application will be considered for the allotment in the new shopping complex, therefore, the impugned order is correct.

In view of the representation made by the petitioner all the fish vendors to be allotted in the new area.

3. In view of the above submission, I do not find any reason to interfere with the reasoned order. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
