Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 3 to 6 from preventing the petitioner from cutting and transporting the rubber trees fallen due to Ockhi Cyclone in the petitioner's land situated in S.NO.216, Kadayal Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District and to return the 23 tonnes of rubber trees to the petitioner which was unlawfully seized by the respondents 5 and 8 without any authority of law and to initiate suitable action against the erring forest officials within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
