There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.The petitioner has submitted an application for cancellation of patta in respect of the property in S.No.2436/5 situated in Melamangalam Bit -II, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District and this Court by order dated 13.03.2023 directed the respondent to pass orders on or before 15.05.2023. This contempt petition has been filed the said order of this court is not complied with. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the orders of this court has been complied with and the patta has been restored to its original position vide order dated 2792/2022/A1, dated 19.08.2023.
