This revision petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 18.10.2019 made in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.181 of 2017 1/3

on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Tenkasi. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the on 12.04.2023 the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court after full pledged trial. Hence, the matter become infructuous.

3.In view of the above said submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
