Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the impugned order, dated 02/06/2015, subdividing the property bearing S.No.319/10A into S.No.319/4A1A1 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and further directing the 1st respondent to restore the Patta in S.No.319/10A in the name of the Petitioner under Patta No.2092, Kootutankadu village Thoothukudi Taluk.
