Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.
2. The petitioner wants to run a petty shop in the petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.19494 of 2021 mentioned cite. He has given an application on 16.06.2020 in this regard.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader would state that his application has not been received. But some postal receipts have been enclosed in page No.7 of the typed set of papers.
4. Be that as it may, the copy of the enclosed application can be taken note of by the first respondent. The first respondent shall pass orders on the said petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
