Respondent/Respondent/Defendant Prayer :- The Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order and decretal order dated 20.03.2023 made in IA No.1 of 2023 in OS No.62 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi. ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 08.07.2024 and the letter received from The Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram vide letter in D.No.A1/3750/2025 dated 17/07/2025 this Court made the following order: This court, by order dated 08.07.2024, directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.62 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt

of copy of the order.

2. Thereafter, heeding to the request of the learned District Munsif, Paramakudi, vide letter No. 125/2025 dated 16.04.2025 for extension of time for the disposal of the suit, this court, by order dated 22.07.2024, extended time till 30.06.2025.

3. Now, the learned District Munsif, once again addressed a letter vide D.No.208/2025 dated 14.07.2025 whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, she requested further one month time to comply with the order dated 08.07.2024 and 24.04.2025 made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, one months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders dated 08.07.2024 and 24.04.2025.
