Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.601 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(2) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though one full year has elapsed, the second respondent has not taken any action in the matter. The delay on the part of the second respondent cannot be appreciated.
4. The learned Government Advocate on instructions states that all the necessary records will be procured and final report will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
2 CRL.O.P.(MD)NO.17638 OF 2021 filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The jurisdictional Magistrate will take a call in the matter within two weeks, thereafter. This criminal original petition is disposed of.
