O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to grant police protection for the life and limb of the petitioners as well as to their agricultural property on the basis of the civil court decree granted in O.S.No.286 of 2008 dated 29.07.2009 on the file of the District Munsif - cum- Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti as well as based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2019.

2. In this regard, the petitioner sought for police protection through his representation dated 30.08.2019 as against the respondent nos.4 to 8.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the official respondents and also perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to enquire the complaint, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2019 and pass orders within a period of four(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
