ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the charge memo dated 19.03.2018 issued by the fifth respondent with a consequential prayer to direct the respondents to instruct the fifth respondent not to proceed further against the petitioner for the same set of charges already closed as per the proceedings dated 15.03.2016.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing it was submitted that based on the charge memo, already enquiry was conducted and over and the punishment order was put to challenge before this Court in W.P.(MD).No.19633 of 2020.

3. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
