ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that originally a complaint was lodged by one Balan, who is the petitioner herein, in which, both parties were agreed to resolve their issues before the Civil Court. CRL OP(MD). No.13337 of 2023 After that, the present complaint was given by one Backiyaraj, as if, he was assaulted by the petitioner at the time of taking treatment at Government Hospital. It is an issue between the brother-in-laws. The enquiry is pending. 2.Since, enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. The respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
