ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 08.08.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court,Madurai, vide the letter in D.No.1349 / 2023 dated 20.09.2023, this Court made the following order:

It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 08.08.2023, directed the learned Judge, Family Court to dispose of M.C.No.138 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of that order. The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, has submitted a requisition, dated 20.09.2023, stating that the petitioner side evidence was already closed and the case was posted for R.W.1 cross examination and seeks two months further time to dispose of the case.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the heavy pendency in the Family Court, this Court is inclined to grant two months time to dispose of the case. 4.Accordingly, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is hereby directed to dispose of the case in M.C.No.138 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
