ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.160 of 2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and proper final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai and the same was taken on file in PRC.No.66 of 2023. The learned trial Judge issued summons for the appearance of the petitioner and other accused on 08.12.2023.

3. In the said circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points before the learned trial Judge during the course of trial. The learned trial Judge shall consider the same afresh. Page No.2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
