ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this complaint has been lodged as counter blast, since the petitioners have lodged a complaint against the defacto complainant.

2. Though the petitioners claim that it is a case in counter, they have not furnished the details about the crime number and the complaint filed by this petitioner. Therefore, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has expressed his difficulty in getting instructions, because of absence of any such material.
