This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.52 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Thus, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
