The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the second respondent in C.M.P(MD)No.566 of 2025 in S.A(MD)No.459 of 2014 by way of paper publication in one issue of a local Tamil daily (Malai Murasu) having circulation in Dindigul District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent second respondent in C.M.P(MD)No.566 of 2025 in S.A(MD)No.459 of 2014 by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Murasu, in Dindigul Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 24.07.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 14.07.2026.

4. Post the matter on 24.07.2026.
