Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to include the petitioner under the old pension scheme considering and counting 50% of their service as Part time librarian and Village Librarian on contingency pay prior to the date of absorption as Grade 3 Librarians on 26.10.2006 and 10.12.2006 respectively and adding the regular service being rendered by them as Grade 3 Librarians from 26.10.2006 and 10.12.2006 and consequently to provide them all consequential to monetary and other benefits within the period prescribed by this Court.

P.Anbalagan reported in 2019(6) CTC 705.
