O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.1 police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry basing on the basis of a false complaint given against the petitioner. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's son has involved in love and has eloped a girl and in that context, even though the petitioner is noway connected, the police have been harassing her and therefore, sought for suitable directions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that on a complaint given by the parents of the girl, who was allegedly eloped by the petitioner's son, a criminal case has been registered in Crime No.135 of 2023 under girl missing and the parents of the missing girl have filed HCP.(MD) No.
667 of 2023 before this Court and the same is stated to be pending, as the whereabouts of the girl is still not known. There are 11 previous cases pending against the petitioner and 3 previous cases pending against the petitioner's son.
Crime No.135 of 2023 and if orders are passed as sought for by the petitioner, it amounts to directing the police not to investigate Crime No.135 of 2023, thereby this Petition is dismissed. However, police are directed to follow the procedure, in case the presence of the petitioner is required in any criminal case.
