This Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for disobeying the orders of this Court passed in W.P.(MD) No.31123 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court has been set aside by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.2248 of 2025 on 05.08.2025.

2. Therefore, no contempt is made out and the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
