2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti to dispose the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pending in C.C.No.203 of 2017 within a period of five(05) months 1/2
