[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] It is stated that after filing of this writ petition, the encroachments have been removed. Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is also submitted that the petitioner died, nobody is coming to pursue the case. Thus, apart from the writ petition rendered infructuous, it is otherwise also got abated.
2. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as abated or otherwise, the encroachments having been removed, it would even render infructuous. No costs.
