This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.30 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2020 and also filed a final report before the POCSO Court, Nagercoil and the same has been taken of file in Special S.C.No.32 of 2021.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
