ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.3 lakhs from one Rathinam and also repaid Rs.2 lakhs. Demanding exorbitant interest, he pressurised the petitioner. He has also given a complaint, based upon which, the third respondent harassing the petitioner to settle the amount with exorbitant interest.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the Rathinam, enquiry has been undertaken in C.O.P.No.1216 of 2021 and summons have also been issued to both parties. There is money transaction between the parties.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16026 of 2021 4.Since it is money transaction either the second or third respondent may not any power to enquire. The second respondent may close the enquiry by advising the complainant to workout their remedy through proper civil proceedings.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
