The above petitions have been filed seeking orders (i) to condone the delay of 145 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent and (iii) to bring on record the respondents 7 and 8 as legal representatives of the deceased second respondent and rank them as respondents 7 and 8 in the above second appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5, 7 and 8.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 5, 7 and 8 states that they are not having any objections to allow these petitions.
4. Considering the above, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers.
