ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to regularize the unapproved plots based on the petitioner's application dated 23.02.2021 and the consequential payment of regularization and development charges dated 12.05.2025 and 13.05.2025 and in continuation with the above, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to register the documents pertaining to Plot Nos. 22, 23 and 24 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 23.02.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
