ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (C), 20(b)(ii) (B), 25 and 29(1) NDPS Act, in Crime No.288 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were in illegal possession of 1.200 Kgs of ganja.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are totally seven accused, There is no recovery made by this petitioner and he would bring to the notice of this Court, the other accused granted anticipatory bail.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
5. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is having seven previous cases, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
