The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation for compensation, dated 24.11.2017.
2. When the matter is taken up for final disposal, the learned Special Government Pleader, on written instructions, submit the petitioner's representation, dated 24.11.2017 has been duly considered and compensation has also been sanctioned to a tune of Rs.61,29,109/- has been awarded also received by the petitioner. In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader would also produce the acknowledgment of the said payment by the petitioner. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the above writ petition.
