ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R3 & R4.
2. The petitioner feels aggrieved by the registration of the petition mentioned document. The petitioner had therefore moved the fourth respondent for having them declared as fraudulent. The fourth respondent had already initiated enquiry.
3. The fourth respondent is directed to conclude the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the fourth respondent to pass order one way or other. The fourth respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
