O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P. (MD).No.8344 of 2020, dated 15.10.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the Town Survey Register, the survey numbers relating to Door Nos.17A and 17A2 stands Sarkar Poramboke. Further, the petitioner has not produced any documents relating to the same and hence, the petitioner's application cannot be considered.

3. In view of above submission, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent by producing all the relevant documents for consideration, if so advised. 01.12.2022 akv 2/4
