ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry and to return the two wheeler Bajaj Platina bearing registration No.TN-72-CY-1073 to the petitioner. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner abandoned his vehicle on road and the two wheeler Bajaj Platina bearing registration No.TN-72-CY-1073 is in Vijayanarayanam police station and the Inspector of Police, Vijayanarayanam Police Station, is ready to return the vehicle to the present petitioner. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15708 of 2020 3.This submission is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.In the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go over to Vijayanarayanam police station and get his vehicle back, after producing necessary documents relating to the vehicle. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
