Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.
2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 80 years. It appears that she had executed a settlement deed in 2/4
3 W.P.(MD)NO.19735 OF 2022 favour of her son along with her husband. She now wants to cancel the same.
4. The petitioner had not given a petition in a proper format. Therefore, I am not in a position to grant relief in this writ petition. If the writ petitioner submits a proper petition before the third respondent, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law after putting the fifth respondent on notice within a period of sixty days thereafter.
5. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
