ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 8 (C) and 20(b)(ii) (B) NDPS Act, 1985, in Cr.No.552 of 2023, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were 1/3

in illegal possession of 4.200 Kgs of ganja.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner/A3 has got 36 previous cases, including 8 NDPS cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
