ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from taking any coercive action by appointing Hereditary Trustees or Non-Hereditary Trustees and Fit person in respect of the Arulmigu Inootri Vinayagar @ Sali Pillayar Temple at Sali Village, O.Siruvayal Post, Sivagangai District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, based on the written instructions, submits that the Department is not having any intention to appoint any Hereditary Trustee or Non-Hereditary Trustee 2/4

or any Fit Person for administration of the above temple.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 19.03.2024 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
