ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records connection with the impugned order passed by the respondent No.1 in Na.Ka.A2/1250/2016, dated 13.04.2016 and quash the same as illegal consequently to direct the respondent No.1 to grant permission for conduct fasting agitation on 05.05.2016 at 03.00 p.m to 05.00 p.m or any other date at near Chinnappa Park, Karampakudi on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 26.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. In view of the fact that the Election of Tamil Nadu Assembly is to be held on 16.05.2016, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, after the completion of the Election process.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
