Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to complete the enquiry pending in file No. Na.Ka.P4-24058-16 dated 31.01.2017 in respect of S.No.88/2, Girukankottai Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District within the time frame fixed by this Court.
