ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the second respondent to pass an order in the appeal filed by the writ petitioner dated 29.06.2024 seeking additional pay for holding additional in-charge of Museum Curator, Government Museum, Andipatti, Theni District, for the period from 26.02.2021 to 28.02.2023. 2.The perusal of the typed set of papers indicates that the representation has been sent by the writ petitioner on 29.06.2024 and postal receipt has also been enclosed to the said effect. 3.Considering the above said fact, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal presented by the writ petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
