This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 594 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent the case has been registered in Crime No.594 of 2015 and after completion of the investigation, the same was closed as mistake of fact.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve referred charge sheet notice to the third respondent. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is at liberty to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court concerned in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
