When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that the respondent police has 1/4

conducted investigation and after investigation, charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.169 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the petitioner's name was deleted in the charge sheet. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent represented that no notice was served to him and already there is a direction by this Court not to file charge sheet.

3.Recording the above submissions and it is for the trial Court to serve notice to the second respondent and and if the second respondent is aggrieved by filing final report, he can seek his remedy through separate proceedings in accordance with law.
