Mr.S.Sadeshkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the first respondent pertaining to charge memo in Na.Ka.P1/4/2016 (Valarchi), dated 27.02.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to disburse all the retiral benefits.
4. The case of the petitioner is that after receipt of charge memo, dated 16.03.2016, the petitioner seems to have sent a request to the District Collector the first respondent herein to give him copies of the documents, which the first respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
relying on for the charge memo and also to permit him to inspect the documents with respect to the impugned charge-memo.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that once permission is granted, within fifteen days the petitioner would inspect the documents.
6. The learned Additional Government Pleader has no serious objection for the petitioner for perusing the relevant documents pertaining to the charge-memo impugned.
7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting permission to the petitioner to peruse the records relating to the charge memo. The petitioner is given one week time to give notice to the first respondent and permitted to peruse the documents within two weeks.
No Costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
