ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.08.2021.
2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that so far no action has been taken upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.08.2021. Hence this petition has been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.08.2021, CSR.No.133 of 2021 had been issued. Since the parties did not appear for enquiry, it is still pending. 4.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to appear for before the second respondent for enquiry and the second respondent police is directed to 2/4
take action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.08.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
